Prototyping


Prototyping is a 1-off 3D printing service that allows you to test and refine your product ideas. We use a range of materials, including TPU, PETG, or PLA.

- Materials: TPU, PETG or PLA
- Cost: Calculated based on time and material used
- Quanitity: 1 to 5 pieces
- Constrains: 220 x 220 x 270 mm
- Turnaround: 2 to 5 days

Batch 3D printing


Our batch 3D printing service is perfect for customers who need multiple copies of a part or product. We use our 3D printer to produce high-quality prints in TPU, PETG, or PLA which are ready for production use

- Materials: TPU, PETG or PLA
- Cost: Calculated based on time and material used
- Quanitity: 5 to 100 pieces
- Constrains: 250 x 250 x 400 mm
- Turnaround: This will depend on the complexity of the print and the material used. We'll work with you to provide a estimated lead time for your specific project

Reverse Engineering


We use a combination of traditional tools like rulers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to reverse engineer parts and products. We then recreate the design in FreeCAD, a free and open-source 3D modeling software

- Deliverables: We supply the client with:
- A 3D printed version of the part or product
- The FreeCAD file
- A STEP File
- A drawing sheet
- Cost: Our cost is calculated based on the number of features the item has and the percived time sink to reverse engineer it.
Lead time: 2 to 4 weeks

Delivery


For customers in the Parramatta area, we offer hand delivery of your 3D printed parts or products. Please note that this will be done outside of regular business hours.

For other customers, Australia post will be used.
